tender for pwd road to bhimpur for the year 2025-26; 1 clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 201 of morth specification& as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 scarifing the existing bituminous road surface to a deapth of 50 mm & disposal of scarified material with all lifts& lead up to 1000 mtr including cost of all labour required for te work etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 3 re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitable after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting finished surface as per technical specification & as per clause - 601.8.3.2 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridge works (latest revision). 4 providing,laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam (wbm) specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8 to 10 t in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstics of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause-404 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridge work (4th ref.) complete with all respect with all labour, material, t&p,royalty, etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-incharge. grading-iii,using stone screened dust. 5 providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg / sqm using by mechanical meansincluding cost,conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, t & p all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of theengineer-in-charge. 6 providing & applying tack coatusing bitumen 0.20 /0.30/ 4 kg per on the prepared bituminous surface / granular base treated with primer / granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work including cost,conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, t & p all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of theengineer-in-charge.for normal bituminous surface. 7 for granulal base treated with primer 8 providingand laying semi dence bituminousconcrete withbatch type hot mix plant usingcrushed aggregates of spcified gradingpremixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher withsensorcontrol to the required grade, level and alignment androlling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve thedesired compactionas per clause 508 of mosrt&h specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) 9 providing & spreading good laterite moorum in road berm / shoulder including watering, cambering along with proper compactionwith cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials required for the work including cost of all labour etc. complete as per the specification & direction of the engineer-in-charge.
