tender for 2000 hourly routine on port& stbd gear box onboard icgs sajag ; following jobs required to be undertaken by pac firm m / s wil, pune on port and stbd gear box as part of 2000 hrly maintenance routines as per the approved maintenance schedule:- ( a ) check full load teeth contact ( b ) inspect pump drive & driven gears ( c ) check electrical system ( d ) check normal shifting of turning gear and shaft locking arrangement ( e ) check lube oil supply to gear mesh and bearing ( f ) clean lub oil sump by flushing through oil ( g ) clean the cooler ( h ) check operation of clutches ( j ) check proximity switch signals at mcr ( k ) check lube oil inlet pressure alarm points ( l ) check bearing temperature alarm points ( m ) check all interlocks ( n ) check and inspect lube oil pressure regulating valve ( p ) inspect turning gear and its tooth coupling ( q ) inspect shaft locking arrangement ( r ) inspect all pumps
