tender for dismantling and providing & fixing of 145 kv ct & pt junction box and miscellaneous works of different 132 kv feeders at 132 kv sub-station kabrai under etd hamirpur, 1 details of work 2 dismantling of damaged and rusted 132 kv ct junction boxes of following feeders by making proper drawing, duly signed by sdo & je concerned before disconnecting the terminations in damaged ct junction with care and disconnecting the earth riser connected at junction box, if any of following feeder/transformer junction box-(i)- 132kv banda-kabrai line bay (ii)- 132kv mahoba-kabrai line bay(iii)-20mva t/f -i (hv side) (iv)-20 mva t/f-ii (hv side) (v)-132kv bus coupler bay 3 providing and fixing of new 132 kv ct junction box of size 450x300x150 mm made of 18 swg ms sheet. with 20 nos. dis-connectable type link duly fitted on channel with 06 nos. cable gland with earthing provision by providing brass stud of lenth 60 mm dia 10mm with brass nut & washer 04 nos each fitted at both side ofjunction box for earthing of metering/protection star point with earth mat. 132 kv ct junction box will be duly water proof hut type complete with powder coated grey paint suitable for junction box. 4 complete wiring work from ct to junction box by making proper eye of control cable and proper dressing the wiring in junction box and providing ferrules as per requirement. in above 05no. of 132 kv bays. the wiring will be done as per approved drawing by sdo. 5 strengthening the earthing of ct j/b by earthing the star point at both end of j/b with eathmat by suitable riser 50x6 mm by digging the earth and jointing the earth point in x&y direction of earthmat and complete the work of earth satisfactorily and painting the joint at earth rod with black paint. 6 laying of ms flat 50x6 mm from individual phase ct body of feeder to earthmat including bending, cutting, and excavation of earth. 7 dismantling of damaged and rusted 132 kv pt junction boxes of following feeders by making proper drawing, duly signed by sdo & je concerned before disconnecting the terminations in damaged pt junction with care and disconnecting the earth riser connected at junction box, if any of following feeder/transformer junction box-(i)- 132kv banda-kabrai line bay (ii)- 132kv mahoba-kabrai line bay(iii)- 132kv main bus 8 providing and fixing of new 132 kv pt junction box of size 450x300x150 mm made of 18 swg ms sheet. with 20 nos. dis-connectable type link duly fitted on channel with 06 nos. cable gland with earthing provision by providing brass stud of lenth 60 mm dia 10mm with brass nut & washer 04 nos each fitted at both side ofjunction box for earthing of metering/protection star point with earth mat. 132 kv pt junction box will be duly water proof hut type complete with powder coated grey paint suitable for junction box. 9 complete wiring work from pt to junction box by making proper eye of control cable and proper dressing the wiring in junction box and providing ferrules as per requirement. the wiring will be done as per approved drawing by sdo. 10 strengthening the earthing of pt j/b by earthing the star point at both end of j/b with eathmat by suitable riser 50x6 mm by digging the earth and jointing the earth point in x&y direction of earthmat and complete the work of earth satisfactorily and painting the joint at earth rod with black paint. 11 laying of ms flat 50x6 mm from individual phase ct body of feeder to earthmat including bending, cutting, and excavation of earth. 12 rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. taxes applicable if any to paid extra
