tender for work dismantling of existing defective 05x11.50 ton ac plant indoor and outdoor unit and providing, installation of 05x11.50 ton ac plant indoor and outdoor unit with all associated work at 400kv s/s sultanpur under 400 kv substation division sultanpur, 1 supply of material 2 supply of air cooled ceiling mounted ductable packaged air conditioner unit with scroll compressor complete with indoor units, outdoor condensing untis, all control charge of oil and gas etc. hitachi or similar make, capacity 11.50 ton each. 3 supply of acoustic duct with 12mm thick rigid board coveredwith fiber glass (crown 300) rp tissue paper & aluminum foil etc as required. 4 supply of ductinsulation with 25mm thick resin bonded up twiga fiber glass (crown 150) covered with fire proof fiber glass aluminum faced or similer. 5 supply of refrigerant pipe & insulation as required. 6 work of installation 7 dismantling of existing defective ac plant indoor and outdoor unit of 11.50 ton capacity and stacking the dismaintled plant & machinary at loaction directed by the engineer. 8 installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled ceiling mounted ductable packaged air conditioner unit with scroll/recipe compressor complete with indoor units, outdoor condensing units, all contol charge of oil and gas etc. hitachi or similar make, capacity 11.5 ton each. 9 dimantling the existing defective duct, carrying necessary repair at rusted duct and fixing the repaired duct including cost of man, t&p as required for the job. 10 removal of existing damaged insulation, cleaning and installation of acoustic duct with 12mm thick fiber glass (crown 300) rigid board coveredwith rp tissue paper including cost of man or similar t&p as required for the job. 11 removal of existing damaged insulation, cleaning and installation of duct insulation with 25mm thick resin bonded up twiga fiber glass (crown 150) covered with fire proof fiber aluminum faced of similar including cost of man, t&p as required for the job. 12 dismantling of defectiverefrigerent pipe and installation ofrefrigerent pipe including insulation for each ac system including cost of man, t&p as required for the job
