tender for supply of material - centrifusing of transformer oil of main tank, radiators, oltc by connecting 12 klph centrifusing machine with new filters for dehydration of oil, winding etc. of following including taking & recording bdv values of oil and ir values of transformer windings periodically using calibrated testing equipmentstill the required value is reached as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 100 mva, 132/33kv t/f- 2 3 630 kva, 33/0.4kv t/f- 1 4 630 kva, 33/0.4kv t/f- 2 5 250 kva, 33/0.4kv t/f 6 performing following detailed testing of oil samples of 100 mva transformer at cpri or any other nabl cetified lab including collection of sample in air tight bottles of proper specification as per standard pratice and submission of reports:- 1. bdv, 2. ppm, 3.tan-delta, 4. resistivity, 5. interfacial teansion, 6. particle count and 7. dga(1 job for one oil sample of which all above tests shall be done) 7 replacement of old transformer oil of series reactors of capacitor banks by new t/f oil (provided by deptt.) including centrifusing of oil & recording bdv values of oil till the required value is reached, hot oil flushing of winding & core etc. and recording ir values of reactor windings as per direction of engineer-in-charge. the work also includes attending oil leakage from bushing, main tank, conservator etc. by replacement of gaskets, tightening etc. 8 series reactor (1-ph) of 132 kv capacitor bank(capacity- 105 ltr) 9 series reactor (3-ph) of 33 kv capacitor bank(capacity- 94 ltr)
