repairing-renovation of double beat valve at filter house of 1st 40mgd at wazirabad water works. (re- invite) , temporary arrangement for working platform to execute the work inside the inspection chamber of the filter house etc as required. , dismantling of defective double beat valve at its accessories from its position by cutting of its rusted bolts and nuts arms with blocks fixed in floor etc and removing with the help of gas cutter and heavy manual labour and dismantled material shifting to safe side as per direction of engineer. , repairing of the 2 nos. c.i propellers of 450mm dia c.i double beat valve one by one at workshop without disturbing the filtration process of the filter house by machining, grinding, cleaning of c.i propellers and 2no upper and lower side holding plates and remetalling and threading in the 2 nos. c.i double beat valve propellers for fixing the ss thread pipe for holding the c.i propellers of the double beat valve etc as required including the cost of changing the rubber packing, ss bolts and cartage to and fro etc as required. , making and supply of ss inner shaft of double beat valve as per sample with ss nuts and locking arrangement etc as required. , making and supply of ss extended spindle for operation of double beat valve. the ss spindle shall be made out of 35mm size approx and length as per site requirement and shall be threaded as per site requirement etc as required. , fabrication and supply of gm nuts as per sample for extended spindle and fixing the gm nuts in head stoke including the cost of thrust bearing etc as required. , fabrication, threading fixing of ss 304 pipe duly threaded as per sample required for fixing the 2 nos. c.i propellers of the double beat valves including the cost of 2nos. ss checknut for adjustment and locking of the double beat valve propellers etc as required. , painting the repaired double beat valve and its allied accessories before fixing the double beat valve in inspection chamber by cleaning it with emery paper coating with 2 coats of enamel paint after the coat of anti corrosive primer etc as required. , fabrication and fixing of the extended ss spindle locking arrangement by providing the 12” x 12” x 8mm ms plate inside the upper platform of the filter house by boring in the ms plate as per size of extended spindle shaft and making v in the ms plate by shaper machine at workshop including the cost of provision of the slot in the new extended ss shaft of 35mm dia as per site requirement and also in the existing ss shaft at workshop as per site requirement by shaper machine including the cost of cartage to and fro of the existing ss shaft including making and supply of ss key etc as required. , fixing and reinstallation of the above mentioned material at site with required nuts, bolts and hardware items. scrubbing of housing of double beat valve inside the inspection chamber etc as required including watch and ward and cartage. , testing and commissioning charges complete in all respect.
