renovation of airline system of filter beds in filter house at 2nd 40 mgd plant at wazirabad water works. (re- invite) , dismantling of old damage air pipeline of filter beds with the help of pipe wrench, gas cutter,grinder, welding machine, manual labour etc. the job includes labour charges for dismantling the existing damaged system & shifting the same to scrap yard as per the instructions of site-in-charge. , renovation of air pipeline of filter beds by providing and fixing of heavy duty new ms pipe of size 75 mm dia. 6-7 mtrs approx. in length alongwith required bend, flange, ms support etc. in place of existing rusted pipeline alongwith repairing of old line of each filter bed,if required. this includes the cost of nut bolts, threading, cutting,welding and fixing etc. to complete the job with all precautions at site. the job includes removing, storing and refilling of filter media back in original position as per direction of engineer-in-charge.make: jindal/tata/djb approved. , painting with superior quality hi gloss enamel paint after primer on newly replaced air line pipes,bend, flange,ms support etc. as well as old line of filter bed with minimum two or more coats as required. this includes scrubbing of existing paint to give even shade on old items also as per colour coding. make:-asian/nerolac/berger. , repairing and painting of all old existing ms pipline alongwith 3 sets of air blower with foundation with superior quality hi gloss enamel paint on air line pipes, valves etc. and complete fittings with minimum two or more coats as required upto the air blower system of the filter house. this includes scrubbing of existing paint to give even shade on old items also as per colour coding. make:-asian/nerolac/berger. , testing of complete new airpipe line system on full load/pressure for each filter bad one by one as well as repaired air pipe line sytem all complete.
