renovation/servicing of lnt make acb panel at pump house of chandrawal water works-i- 1 dismantling & taking out acb l&t make from lt panel installed at voltas pump house chandrawal removing of defective parts of a.c.b, removing of all incoming & outgoing connection. 2 air circuit breaker (acb), 3pole 415 v ac. manual draw out type, of rating 1000amperes 50ka.make: l&t 3 retrofitting of above item, no (2) acb in existing panel with aluminum bus bar & copper control wiring with metering section 4 providingfixing of indicting lamps. make: l&t 5 providing & fixing of under voltage trip device (uvt). make: l&t 6 providing & fixing of arcing contact. make: l&t 7 providing & fixing ofjaw contact. make: l&t 8 providing & fixing of amp meter digital with selector switch with control wiring. make: l&t 9 providing & fixing of volt meter digital with selector switch with control wiring. make: l&t 10 calibration of over current & earth fault relay 11 cleaning of incoming & outgoing bus bar & complete panel horizontal bus bar aluminum & insulation with heat shrinkable pvc sleeve/pvc tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral 12 cleaning of acb after taking out from panel, & re-fitting the same in panel with all control wiring 13 cleaning of panel, removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, re-wiring of under voltage coil, complete overhauling of installed components with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling. 14 testing & commissioning ofacb as per required parameters with relevant is .testing of the panel prior to switching on as continuity and earth testing ,meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
