( note:- the contractor is required to complete the servicing & repairing of all air conditioning equipments/water coolers within a period of one month and submitt the record to the department . the comprehensive maintenance shall be treated as started only after acceptance by the department that all equipment have been serviced by contractor . ) the contractor will handover all the unit in fully functinal condition on completion of the work . dismentaled material will be taken back by the contractor for which necessary rebate shall be confidence while quoting the rates .
