repair maintenance of electrical and mechanical services at gpo building vikas bhawan-ii delhi-54 ( sh- cleaning of ac equipment ) , cleaning all supply air ducts internally by nadca certified agency only with skilled personnel with specialized latest robotic technology equipment and vacuum machines . a robotic camera to be used for inspection and or cleaning contractor has to provide access in duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and sealing the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage . the contractor shall give copy of the video footage in cd before and after cleaning of ducts . upon completion a cleaning certificate will be issued within 10-15 days , valid for 12 months . cleaning certificate will be issue and signed by ascs ( air system cleaning specialist ) & osha certified . ( complete work will be supervised & signed the daily report by nadca certified ascs only on daily basis )
