mtps i bm unit ii aoh 2020 21 complete overhaul of aph b side and other related works-1 opening of all manhole doors, cleaning inside, checking rotor level, sector plate alignment, renewal of by-pass seal and rotor post seal and setting, and overhaul of aph soot blower mechanism. 2 inspection of support bearing by removing the cover, drain oil, cleaning and checking level etc. 3 charges for renewal of worn-out radial seals both cold & hot end and axial seals and setting. (single sealing arrangement) 4 charges for removal of existing ‘t’ bars, fixing old/ new t bar after adjusting to correct radius and clamping properly. 5 charges for removal of bypass seal fixing angle and fixing the same / new angle with correct position after rectification of the center section fixing plate. 6 charges for transporting of 6mm m.s. plates from central stores boiler site area, cutting into required size, leading, lifting, positioning on the eroded portions of aph housing and welding the same and transporting of scrap materials to stores. 7 charges for reconditioning of axial seal plate to sector plate seal, kawool retainer box, link adjuster box. 8 cleaning of steam coil air pre heater. 9 charges for removing the existing eroded duct supports of aph flue gas duct area transporting of new pipes/angles from central stores/mtps, cutting into required size leading lifting, positioning and welding. 10 water washing of air pre heater. 11 removal of cold end baskets from its position, leading to the adjacent area of air pre heaters, dry cleaning, high pressure jet water cleaning and then air cleaning of the cold end baskets, putting the heating elements after rectification of cold end diaphragm and cold end gratings. 12 charges for rectification of cold end heating element door seating flange at the rotor shell and refitting of cold end heating elements doors. 13 charges for providing new flange for the axial seal plate to sector plate seal adjusted door. 14 charges for patch up work on the eroded portion of the cold end diaphragm plate. 15 charges for rectification of hot end stationary spool and renewing the retainer ring, packing rings and etc., 16 charges for renewal / rectification of the eroded aph soot blowing twin nozzle arrangement 17 charges for dismantling & cleaning the lub oil lines of guide bearing & support bearings with air & steam and reassembling 18 charges for rectification of the air pre heater eroded portion of the center section of the guide bearing. 19 removal of accumulated ash at center section connecting plate area. 20 charges for loading, transporting the new cold end baskets from stores to boiler area, lifting the new baskets (300 mm height) from ground floor to 16 mtr floor and lowering the eroded cold end baskets from 16 mtr level to ground floor and devoluted to stores. 21 renewal of cold end support frame at both inboard and out board.
