ndt service of static equipments in bgr iocl-2 arranging all necessary manpower , machineries,supervision,consumables etc for carrying out the following ndt to ascertain the remaining life of static equipments in refinery and other units in iocl, bgr at all heights in all respect to the satisfaction of engineer in charge. 3 ultrasonic flaw detection of all the horizontal seams as well as all nozzles to shell and shell to shell weld joints,vertical seams and some area of parent metal. 4 wet fluroscent magnetic particle inspection is to be carried out on circumferential and vertical weld seams including nozzles welds of static equipments as per the instruction of engineer in charge. 5 hardness to be measured in the weld joints, haz and parent metal at random as instructed by eic. 6 in -situ metallography (spot) by relication technique. 7 intenal diameter/outer diameter of coke chamber/reactor/tube etc. plumb bob reading of coke chamber is also to be taken as per eic instruction 8 ultrasonic thickness measurement by using ut machine of krautkramer or equvalent. 9 dye penetrant testing to be carried out in all the welds joints of pressure vessels 10 dye penetration test for pipe welds charges for dpt per inch dia. dye penetration test including supply of all necessary materials, penetrant, developer etc. along with all equipments, labour, for carrying out the work as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge at all elevations. test has to be carried out in all metallurgy and on all schedules of pipes. dp testing shall be carried out by a team of minimum one qualified and experienced ndt personnel on 12 hour working shift basis per day. if required, the team may be engaged on sunday and holidays. agency may be required to mobilize up to 4 teams simultaneously for item 80 & 90 combined as per instruction of eic.
