supply, installation, testing and commissioning of low voltage diesel generator set at hmrbpl, mourigram hq, supply of 160 kva low voltage dg set at mourigram hq . supply of 160kva dg set in acoustic enclosure mounted on a common base frame with plc based amf panel , 1 number fuel tank along with piping interconnecting fuel tank & engine with isolation valves , batteries , battery charger & leads , avm pads , residencial silencer , motor driven separate lube oil priming pump , first fill of lube oil , acoustic enclosure , complete for exhaust system including cladding & support structure , as per the specification , spares ( 2 years maintenance spares as mentioned in attachment-6 and any other spares not covered in attachment-6 but required as per the manufacturer recommendations attachment-7 ) as per the specifications , all the interconnecting power and control cables along with the termination material ( lugs and glands ) etc . complete in all repect as per technical specification ( annexure-a ) detailed technical specifications as per annexure-a . , installation , testing and commissioning 160 kva lv dg set at silent lt dg set: erection , installation including within site transportation , connecting , testing and commissioning of dg set including execution of terminal connection of power / control cable . the work shall include grounding of alternator neutral , earthing , providing water pipe connection for radiator water make-up complete with valve , solenoid valve etc . piping of fuel line , fabrication , welding and erection of support structure ( including ms ladder , angles , grouting bolts , fastener etc . , if any ) for exhaust piping , mounting on channels / avm pads , installation of amf panel , nig panel , exhaust piping including insulation and cladding , fuel piping etc . , materials , labours , tools and tackles , consumable etc . , as per drawing , specification and directions of site engineer / engineer-in-charge . details as per technical specification ( annexure-a )
