switchyard maintenance of 33 / 11kv s / s-raya / sonai / neemgaon under edd-iii mathura- 1 replacement of damaged pg clamp dog to dog on the existing 33kv bus bar at 33 / 11 kv substations under sub-division opening of pg clamp by hanging on the bus bar. the work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day. 2 repairing of 33kv isolator by replacement of damaged post insulator on the existing 33 kv isolator at 33 / 11 kv substationswork include opening of old damaged post insulator, melted bolts opening or cutting and fitting of new post insulator. greecing of all accessories for smooth operation for the completion of work. 3 repairing of 33kv isolator including replacement of damaged jaw & blade at 33 / 11 kv substations work include fitting of new jaw & blade and greecing of all accessories for smooth operation for the completion of work. 4 connecting of 33kv isolator, post insulator, fuse set, transformer by the fitting of connecting clamps. 5 repairing of 33kv fuse set including replacement of damaged post insulator of 33kv fuse set at 33 / 11 kv substations under sub-division opening of old damaged post insulator. malted bolts opening or cutting and fitting of copper flat 50x6mm for the completion of fuse set. the work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hour maximum in a day. 6 grass cutting and other cleaning work at switchyard and 33 / 11 kv ss building etc. as per direction and satisfaction of supervisory engineer. 7 replacement of silica gel as per respo norms. 8 removal of old damaged / burnt xlpe cable and re-fixing the same after removal of damaged portion including filing of cable box as suitable size as per direction of supervising engineer.
