( balance 80% of bio degradable waste to be consumed by the vendor for composting at his own cost and at his own location ) , provision of tanker ( minimum 4000 ltr capacity ) alongwith labour for mechanical removal of sewage and septic waste from rampur , challa , boniyar , bela salamabad , uranbua , gingal , mohura , rajarwain , bandi etc garrisons under station hq rampur and its disposal at municipal corporation approved disposal ground . , provision of conservancy person for cleaning and sweeping work within units of rampur station ( 06 x conservancy perssonel for 312 days @ 26 days for 12 months ) . total man days are 1872 . note :-minimum rate of wages including vda as per goi , ministry of labour & employment letter no 1/20 ( 5 ) /2019-ls-ii dated 12 october 2020 is rs 427/- per man per day . basic rate to be quoted as per man per day , epf @ 13% of basic wages ( as per ser no 3 ) , esi @ 3 . 25 of basic wages ( as per ser no 3 ) , service charges for hired conservancy personnel ( ref para 18 ( a ) , ( c ) and ( d ) of part iv of rfp ) to be entered by bidder in rs & ps per man per day
