ge/sra/mt-01/2020-21 repair of mt vehicle , m&l for taking out the existing un-serviceable detriorated wiring from the vehicle carefully , and for replacement of complete internal wiring of deshboard/cabin light/headlights/front side indicator light/side indicator light/ alternator/self starter/fuse box etc including un-serviceable relays as per standerd manufacturers ( eicher ) for eicher 10 . 75 complete all as as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . note:- description includes supply of new wires as per existing size/make and colour coding . , m&l opening/dismantling carefully fuel injection pump from eicher 10 . 75 , complete servicing/repair/replacement of following unserviceable parts ( as approved/ as per existing size and make ) , grinding of nozzles complete and re-fixing the same , testing on completion , complete all as specified and as directed :- ( a ) bearing - 04 no . ( b ) bearing bush - 04 no . ( c ) delivery valve - 04 no . ( d ) fuel pipe line - 04 no . ( e ) niddle valve - 04 no . ( e ) plunger - 04 no . note : cost of new parts will deem to be included in the quoted unit rate . , m&l for taking down the existing clutch system from the vehicle & replacement of clutch plate , pressure plate , withdral bearing or equivalent make: skf/ceekay/repco and fitting to vehicle and testing on completion for eicher 10 . 75 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , m&l for replacement of cabin deshboard complete as per existing size/shape including dismentaling the existing broken/scrached desh board carefully with all accessories and fitting the same as required suitable for eicher 10 . 75 . make:- eicher or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , m&l for taking down complete gear box from vehicle , opening , dismentaling , taking out all parts , cleaning of serviceable parts with petrol , replacement of un-serviceable parts , re-assembling gear box and fixing to vehicle & testing on completion for the smooth functioning of shifting of all forward and reverse gear for eicher 10 . 75 complete all as as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , m&l for complete servicing of diesel engine of eicher 10 . 75 including replacement of air filter , fuel filters , lube oil filter , fan belt & other unserviceable fuel pipes/hose pipes etc and other accesories alongwith change of old engine oil . make of filters/engine oil/fan belt/pipes used shall be as per oem .
