supply of various types of hardware fittings for acsr panther , supply of following hardware fittings ( as per relevant iss and specification enclosed ) , supply of single suspension fittings for acsr panther conductor confirming to is 2486and consisting of ball hook square, socket eye and arching horn made with hdgs / fs and suspension clamp made with aluminium alloy.the uts of fitting shall be 8200kg, ball & socket designation 16mm confirming is 2486. all ferrous parts to be galvanized as per is 2629.necessary testing as per is shall be done by supplier on his own. , supply of stock bridge vibration damper for acsr panther conductor confirming to is 9708 and the length of damper shall be 514mm, with 2nos damper on either sides with 140x44mm and 135x42mm respectively and approximate weight of 4.5kg. the vibration damper consisting half hook clamp, cover half clamp, made with al.alloy, damper, m16 flat washers, m16 bolt made with hdgs / m.s, messenger cable made with ht steel ( 19 strands ) , m16 spring washer made with spl. steel. all ferrous parts to be galvanized as per is:2629. necessary testing as per is shall be done by supplier on his own. , supply of mid span compression joints for panther conductor consisting of aluminium sleeve with 610mm length, 38mm outer dia and 23mm inner dia and steel sleeve with 200mm length, 18mm outer dia and 9.3mm inner dia. breaking strength and slip strength shall not less than 95% of uts of conductor. all ferrous parts to be galvanized as per is:2629. necessary testing as per is shall be done by supplier , supply of repair sleeve for conductor confirming to is 2121, part-ii, 1981 and the material shall be of extrude aluminium, ec grade and approximate weight of 0.37kg. the repair sleeve shall be 241mm length, 38mm outer dia and 23mm inner dia. slipping strength should not less than 95% of uts of conductor. all ferrous parts to be galvanized as per is:2629. necessary testing as per is shall be done by supplier on his own. , supply of pa rod for acsr panther conductor and the length of pa rod shall be 1930mm length and 6.35mm dia with 11 per set. the material shall be alu.alloy. end of armour rods shall be ball end and right hand helix. the uts of armour rod shall be 35kg / sqmm and slipping strength 25% of uts of conductor. all ferrous parts to be galvanized as per is:2629. necessary testing as per is shall be done by supplier on his own.
