improvement of 6 mgd ammonia removal plant by disconnecting and plugging of 700mm dia pipeline inside okhla wtp premises- 1 fabrication & supply of ms plate for making blind flange for plugging of tapping 700mm dia pipe emanating from 1200mm dia mains. made out of 12 mm thick ms plate as per site requirement. 2 tentative pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water main or drain.(tentative) 3 hiring of hydraulic excavator (3d) with driver and fuel include cost of service of operating staff and supply of lubricating oil. 4 plugging of tapping by disconnecting of 700mm dia pipe emanating from 1200mm dia mains. with the help of , fitter, helper, beldar, supervisor, electrician, chowkidar and material used like high density chemical and other t&p complete required etc at site of work. 5 safety arrangement for safe guarding men at site of work with essential equipments for safeguarding men. air face mask, helmet, gum boots, hand gloves, resuscitation apparatus, portable ladder, first aid box, caution tape, barrie cone, torch, fire extinguisher etc arranged by the firmat site of work for safe working. 6 lighting arrangements as per site requirements (i/c panel, street light, halogen light, cable’s, mccbs ). 7 testing of pipe line with full pressure and opening & closing of valves using manual labor as per requirement of site.
