tender for making temporary arrangement for chhat pooja 2025 at khasra no. 1304 at swaroop vihar colony and different location in burari assembly constituency in district north.; 1 earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by engineer-in- charge: all kinds of soil 2 hiring & running charges of jcb machine on hourly basis including all operations i.e. to and fro, carriage, crawling of machine, operator and fueletc. complete. 3 surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.all kinds of soil 4 filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. 5 providing & spreading dehradoon white lime for cleaning the water of chhat ghat. 6 supplyand fixing ofdisplay boards of size of 10 x 5 in frame. 7 erection and maintenanceof watch towers forwatch and ward of entire area including cost oferection of ballies, planks,ropes, nails/ladderand rehandling of materials etc. complete. 8 supply and filling with stitching of e.c. bags including cost of earth and placing on slopes of banks complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 9 providing and laying polythene sheet in chhat pooja pond. 10 supplying at site jute rope 15mm dia 11 removal of pooja samgri, polythene bags, placed e.c. bags filled with earth etc. from the water of pond and dumping the same in designated place. 12 supply of safeda ballies on hiring basis for 3 days at site of size 80mm dia 3.00m. long including chiseling etc. completeas per direction of engineer-in-charge. 13 hiring charge of videographer for videography and photographs of chath pooja programme. 14 deployment of labour for watch & ward of ghat round the clock.
