procurement of modern machinery for desilting and maintenance of drain of irrigation and flood control department in nct of delhi. procurement of 02 nos. amphibious excavator with long boom and all allied accessories etc. , supply , installation, commissioning &testing of amphibious excavator having minimum 15 metre reach boom with bucket capacity 0.5 cubic metre (minimum) as per specification given inannexure - a attached and including following :- (i) uhmwpe (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) track plates instead of steel track plates (ii) self propulsion so that the machine can move faster in water (iii) attachment - rake for vegetation removal (iv) one pair side pantoons in addition of undercarriage pantoons. (v) operation for six months and comprehensive maintenance for one year that includes machine operator & consumables like hoses and seals. note: the rates are inclusive of basic cost (packing of export , sea freight , transit insurance , import duties , cleaning charges , stamp duty, port fees , road transportation, gst as per applicable at the time of delivery & all cost towards installation & commissioning of equipment. , cost of operation of 02 amphibious excavator by providing 02 nos skilled operator for 04 years 06 months starting from six months (02x4.5x12 = 108 months) , cost of watch and ward of 02 amphibious excavator by providing 10 nos watch and ward staff for five years(10x5x12 = 600 months) , cost of comprehensive, maintenance including repair, spare parts , servicing etc except fuel oil and lubricants for 02 amphibious excavator for 2nd year (02x12 =24) (rate are inclusive of all taxes) , cost of comprehensive, maintenance including repair, spare parts , servicing etc except fuel oil and lubricants for 02 amphibious excavator for 3rd year (02x12 =24) (rate are inclusive of all taxes) , cost of comprehensive, maintenance including repair, spare parts , servicing etc except fuel oil and lubricants for 02 amphibious excavator for 4th year (02x12 =24) (rate are inclusive of all taxes) , cost of comprehensive, maintenance including repair, spare parts , servicing etc except fuel oil and lubricants for 02 amphibious excavator for 5th year (02x12 =24) (rate are inclusive of all taxes)
