tender for partial discharge, tan delta test of various equipments at various 132 kv substations, under etd-iii, prayagraj. - following testing works are to be conducted for health monitoring of various current transformers in132 kv bays as per technical specifications at the substations. 2 partial discharge test of various 132 kv current transformers 3 partial discharge test by both ehf (extra high frequency) and hf (high frequency) methods with help of duly calibrated test kit. the work also includes the cost of carriage and operation of test kit including preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the completion of tests. the test results should clearly mention the health of cts and suggestion for action takenregarding the same. 4 132 kv current transformers of various 132 kv bays. 5 132 kv current transformers installed in 132 kv bays of various power transformers. 6 132 kv pt/cvt. 7 capacitance and tan delta measurement & ir value 8 testing of bushings with the help of duly calibrated test kits to be arranged by the contractor including the cost of carriage and operation of test kit including preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the completion of tests. the tests shall include capacitance, tan delta & ir value measurements (to be conducted by duly calibrated test kit). the works shall include the cost of carriage of test kit, manpower involved in teresting and submission of test reports in specified formats. 9 132 kv bushings of 132/33 kv 63 mva/40 mva/20 mva power tansformers (total t/f-21 nos.) 10 visit charges of each substation including the cost of carriage of all the test kits required for testing activities in a particulars bay including testing of transformer/reactors/cbs, cts, cvts. all the test required in a particular bay shall be completed in a single visit as per availability of shutdown. 11 note:- test report should be submitted in hard copy to concerned division in 02 copies.
