tender for centrifuging of 50 mvar reactor at 400 kv s/s panki, kanpur - centrifuging of complete transformer oil in main tank of the reactor taking ppm/bdv value of transformer oil at an interval 4 hrs. (as per upptcl norms) till the desired/required value reached as per direction of supervision engineer. the work also includes opening/re-connecting of the jumpers, bushing and earthing & cleaning to complete above t/fs body, radiators fins, hv, lv & neutral bushing etc. with detergent mixed water and wiping/rubbing with cotton clothes to remove rust, dust and oil after centrifuging of transformer oil (centrifuging machine along with operator & bdv machine & magger shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost ) note : minimum requirement of centrifuging machine is 8 kl/hrs and 3 stage heaters circuit and latest report of replacement of filters of centrifuging machine will be submitted by contractor. centrifuging work to be carried out as per following details. 2 50 mvar reactor, alstom make (400 kv panki-aligarh line) 3 50 mvar reactor, alstom make (400 kv panki-reewa road line)
