tender for repair maintenance of various electrical installations and mechanical equipment at cfdl, lawrence road, dtte, pitampura, delhi. sh annual maintenance of r.o. plant, water coolers with inbuilt ro water purifiers- 1 sh :- i :- dtte pitampuracomprehensive annual maintenance of eureka forbes ro system of capcity 250 lphi/c twelve mandatory services in a year cleaning of all filters, repair / repair / replacement of all electrical and electronic spare part, repairing of high pressure pump, raw water pump, control panel, andreplacement of like spun micron filters every month, providing antiscalant dosing chemical, once in a year membrane cleaning/ replacement as if any required, media as/ if any required, attending complaints within 24 working hours with complete overhaulting and servicing etc.(dismantled shall be retained with contractor .(qty 1 no.= 1 job) a) for 1st year 2 b) for 2nd year 3 supply and replacement of following defective spares in exsting machines at various locations including connections, leak testing etc. as required to enhance the life of water purification systems:-a) ro membrane 4x40 for ro plant 4 supply and replacement of following spares / consumables wich are not covered under scope of maintenance of above machines / or after one time replacement including connections, leaktesting etc. as & when required to enhance the life of water purification systems. dismantled shall retained by the contractor.a) water level monitoring system (automated switching device) 5 sh :- ii cfdlsemi comprehensive annual maintenance of aquaguard pure chill water cooler agpc 80/120/50 with inbuilt ro+uv basic including repair/ replacement of all electrical and electronic spare parts. compressor, condenser except gas charging and one-time replacement of consumables once in a year like particulate filter, sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, post-carbon filter except tfc ro membrane set external pre filter if any.
