tender for for maintenance and system strengthening work at various 33/11/lt lines for safety of kanwar yatra, rainy season, religious and other places under edd-ist, sultanpur (m&r). sl. no. item description 1 safe carriage of material from store center sultanpur to work site including its loading and unloading. 2 st pole 11 meter long. 3 11 kv line materials such as, m.s.channel/angel v-type, x-arm, 11 kv/ 33 kv pin insulator, g.i wire, erath rod, ab cable etc. 4 dismantling of damaged pole and then erection of new st pole with fixing of clamps and then sifting of existing line from damaged pole to new erected pole including backcarriage ofdamaged pole from work site to sultanpur store. 5 grouting of new erected st poles in cement, sand brick blast in ratio 1:4:6 including cost of material. 6 new guarding of 33/11 kv line complete workwith providing x-wire at every 1.5 mtr. distance. 7 work of repairing of old guarding of 33/11 kv line complete work. 8 tightening of loose stay 33/11 kv line for proper tension of complete work. 9 replacement of damaged 11 kv pin insulator. 10 replacement of damaged 11 kv disc insulator. 11 replacement of old damaged cross arms (provided by the department) by providing m.s. clamps, nuts & bolts by the contractor at his own cost 12 replacement of old damaged jumpers on sectional poles of 33/11 kv line. 13 earthing of ht/lt line poles withm.s. earth rod & 06 swg g.i. wire.
