repair maintenance of specialized electrical and mechanical services installed at s-block and judges lounge, delhi high court, new delhi.-comprehensive annual maintenanceof audio visual system, delegate microphone systems, display systems comprising of wireless table mic, universal wall speaker, amplifiers, mic/line input cards, table stand, microphones and other equipment’s, as per annuxure-1 attached installedin auditorium & judges lounge s block at delhi high court including replacement of all defective/worn out spare parts and periodical servicing & preventive maintenance of the audio video system, microphone systems, display systems and attending the break down complaint within 2 hours after lodging the same and repair /replacement etc. as required, as per terms & condition including deputation ofav programmer cum av engineer and operator of audio/video systems installed in auditorium, judges lounges and multipurpose hall at s block, delhi high court as per details of installation attached, as per requirement of department, including general maintenance of complete system maintaining proper record for inspection of engineer-in-charge, on all working days & including sunday and central government gazette holidays as per attached terms & conditions in annexure-ii. (av engineer cum-programmer-1 nos,operator- 4 no’s, assistant technician- 2 nos)
