tender for provision of klp accommodation for armd regt (div integral) at mil stn samba (list-ii, ser no 03) of amwp 2015-16; 1 to carryout detailed estimate and prepration of abstract sheet based on ssr -2010 and ssr-2020 after physical verification / measurement on ground and tallying as per ca provisions, drawings and specifications including following items.1. to workout actual quantities and amount of work done of following schedules at site by the contractor alognwith details of left over/ balance work, defective work as per ca provisions specification and ca drawings:-(a) part-i - building work(b) part-ii - internal water supply works(c) part-iii - internal electrifiactions works(d) part-iv - plumbing works(e) part-v - site clerance works(f) part-vi - road,path,hard standing and culvert works(g) part-vii - sewage disposal works(h) part-viii - security wall and compound wall works(i) part-ix - area drainage works(j) part-x - protective works(k) part-xi - external electrification works(l) part-xii - external water supply works(m) part-xiii - lightning protection works(n) part-xiv - hot water supply(o) part-xv - demolation/ dismantling works(p) part-xvi - sch of credit(q) boq - certain items of int/ext electrifications, ext water supply, solar pv plant,solar water heating system and miscellaneus item. 2. to work out actual quantities and amount of material laying at site alongwith details of material (serviceable/unserviceable) which can be incorporated in the same work as per ca provisions, ca specifications and ca drawings.3. to workout actual quantities and amount of tool plant and machinery of contractor laying at site as per current market price.4. to workout actual quantities and amount for which payment made to contractor in running bills as per ca provisions, drawing and specifictions.term and conditions of job order.1. visual inspections/measurement by bidder, to prepare estimate for balance work as per drg available with ge samba.2in case of any doubt bidder to contact before quoting the rates is advised to visit the site.3. four set of all measurement schedules for each bldg along drg with soft copy be submitted to ge samba
