tender for sorting, counting and stacking markwise and proper loading of tower parts including hardware and accessories in a private truck at 220kv s/s bhadaura. all manpower & t&p cost are included. , safely carriage of all loaded structure parts from 220kv s/s bhadaura to 132kv s/s maharajganj (approx. 250 kms.) , unloading of all carriage structure parts from private truck and its sorting, counting and proper stacking at 132kv s/s maharajganj on as per direction of supervisory engineer. all manpower & t&p cost are included. , during proper shutdown repairing and major overhauling of 132kv isolators by way of opening jaw, blades, gears and gear box, putting the copper metals on defective place in jaw and blade, cleaning of main contact(male and female ) by ccl4 or other suitable agent to minimze the rusting effect and cleaning and rectifying defect in mom box ,replacing damaged nut & bolts, repairing of defective gears, finishing, polishing and checking and correct the alignment of isolator( if required) adjusting the mechanism for proper opening and closing through gears and manual handles, oiling and greasing with all associated works at 132kv s/s maharajganj. , overhauling work of 33kv side lsi,bsi which includes replacement of defective part of isolator (jaw, isolator connector provided etc.) cleaning of their p.i. oiling- greasing and finally setting proper alignment for their smooth option.
