(3)01car park & 01scooter park shall be planned with 01 block of 02 jcos(4) 02car park & 04 scooter shed to be planned on a single block proof checking & vetting:-proof checking from govt. engineer collage/nit and submission of duly vetted all structural design and drawings as per latest indian codes & practice.(2) architectural design:(a) preparation of complete conceptual plans, architertural drawings (elvation, sections and schedule of finishes). the drawings will cover detailes working drawings to minutest details with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. architecture plan of bldg will be prepared as per accommodation statement part-ii, approximate estimate part-ii. (3) detailed estimate (a) preparation & submission of boq & yardstick for all the buildings as per the approved architectural, structural drawings as per standard mes practices & mes ssr 2020 pattern
