tender for special repair to conservation, repairs and desilting of eastern and southern reservoirs, dholavira, kachchhfor year 2025-26 (complete work).; 1 description of items and specification ofwork to executed (complete work) 2 desilting of reservoirs / tanks by earth work in excavation by manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by site-in-charge. (before and after photos to be attached while submitting the bill) 3 provision for disposing of excavated earth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 100 m and lift up to 5 m as directed by site -in-charge (check measurement to be certified by engineer to be attached with the bill) 4 supplying and laying of uniaxial woven polyester geogrid conforming to morth 3100 and irc 113 as soil reinforcement including accessories like tie- strips nuts and bolts and loops/lugs for joining reinforcing elements with facia panels, overlapse and other productive elements and all other activities required for reinforcement of soil walls slopes etc complete as per design requirements manufacturer specifications and as per direction of site -in-charge. 5 earthwork in surface excavation (manually) not exceeding 0.3 m in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in as well as 10 square meter on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as directed by site - in- charge (proper documentation and photos of before and after needs to be submitted with the bill) 6 provision providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level - as per cpwd standards and specifications and directions of engineer in-charge. 7 provision for construction of a dwarf wall of rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 of 1.0 m total height, comprising 0.3 m foundation below ground level and 0.7 m exposed height above ground level, for protection of slope against erosion,as per direction of site in charge. (this conservation work shall be carried out following the engineer-in-charges directions, with all methodologies and materials sourced in accordance with asi conservation and preservation guidelines.) 8 provision for fabrication, supply, and erection of ms railing made of ms round hollow section of 40 mm dia, which is to be installed over dwarf wall to be constructed around southern and eastern reservoirs. the work shall include cutting, welding, drilling, grinding, and fabrication at workshop/ site, application of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of approved quality paint, transportation of materials to site, loading/ unloading, skilled and unskilled labor charges and all incidentals complete as per direction of site - in charge. (refer drawing for more details) 9 provision for laying 15 mm thick mortar over the dwarf wall shall be made in strict adherence to cpwd standards, specifications, and as per the directions issued by the engineer-in-charge. 10 finishing of walls with waterproofing cement paint of the required shade, executed in accordance with cpwd standard specifications and the directions of the engineer-in-charge. 11 provision shall be made for the hiring of a diesel-operated water pump to pump out water from waterlogged reservoirs to facilitate the de-silting activity, inclusive of all transportation charges, diesel fuel costs, loading and unloading expenses, and other ancillary charges including complete equipment setup.
