tender for work related to replacement of control and relay panel installed at 220kv s/s pratapgarh under electicity transmission division pratapgarh., 1 following work at 220kv s/s pratapgarh 2 shifting of new dpp relay panel from store to loading point by crane/ hydra & loading in truck at 132 kv s/s gadwara. the crane charges, t&p and man power will be provided by contractor on his own cost. 3 carriage of new 02no. dpp relay panel from 132 kv s/s gadwara to 220kv s/s pratapgarh (approx distance 20km.) the vehicle charges, t&p and man power will be provided by contractor on his own cost. 4 unloading & shifting of new dpp relay panel from unloading point to site by crane/ hydra at 220 kv s/s pratapgarh the crane charges, t&p and man power will be provided by contractor on his own cost. 5 dismentalling of old dpp relay panel (make siemens) installed in control room by opening of cable connections, earthing flats, nuts, bolts etc. including safe disconnection of tbc scheme and cable loop panel to panel cable connection etc. & making of new loop connection (temporary) for other helthyness of running control panels as required. the work also includes identification of the control cables by providing suitable ferrules etc. for later use and safe shifting of the panels from control room to store place/site at sub-station. 6 insallation of new dpp relay panel (make nelumbo & sifang) in control room after shifting from storage place, its grouting & earthing and termination of control cables in control and relay panel as per cable schedule including providing & fixing of cable gland of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc. with all other associated works as per technical specification including safe reconnection of tbc scheme and panel to panel cables connection etc. the work also includes control cables connection as required between control panels for looping. the commmissiong of the realy panle shall be done jointly with t&c wing including troubleshooting as needed/necessary. also inter connection diagram as per new relay panel shall be submitted and got approved by the concerned supervsing engineer/incharge before start of work. after completaion of work shedule shall be provided as executed mentioning cable tag, tb no. & ferrules for relay panel on a4 size 100 gsm clear print. 7 laying of following size control cable in place of running jointing cable wetween realay panel to circuit braker & ct juction box in switchyard as per drawing with proper tagging. ferruling and dressing, binding with clamp/cable tie on cable rack in tunnel and trench. the cable shall be passing through cable hall cable rack & tunnels rack and trench. the work also include opening of trench cover and re-fixing them from trench after completion of work satisfactorily. 8 6 core x 2.5 sq. mm 9 4 core x 2.5 sq. mm 10 dismentalling and removing of following size old & unused/dameged/defective/burst etc. control cable from different cable rack in tunnel & trench. the work includes opening of its binding, collecting, shifting to site storage place along with opening of trench cover and re-covering after completion of work satisfactorily. 11 6 core x 2.5 sq. mm 12 4 core x 2.5 sq. mm 13 earthing of the new dpp relay panel with ms flat of size 50x6 mm. (ms flat will be provided by department free of cost) with riser already connecting with epuipment as per standard. 14 work of commissioning, configuration and testing of new dpp relay panel (make nelmbo, sifang) testing must necessarily be carried out with the help of electronic secondary relay testing kit. all the requiredtests releted to above distance protection relay should be done axactly in accordance with the electrical norms and standard as per the guidance of t&c wing. 15 with gst
