tender for c/o asi mess ( 45 suites) at 39th bn itbp, gr. noida -uttar pradesh (sh: providing, assembling, and transporting of furniture for asi mess); 1 providing, assembling, transporting & installation of single bed of size 1800 mm x 900 mmand independent headboard. top panel shall be 25mm recessed from the sides panels and fixed on understructure made up of seasham wood for which no payment will be made under seperate item. shoe: the shoes are made of nylon and fixed with bottom side of the wooden frame work legs with self tapping screw.(a)wooden side panels:- all four sides made up of wooden side panels and joined with the help of necessary modular hardware. the side panels of size upto 125mm width/heightare made with 19 mm thick seasham wood duly polished with unexposed side as per approved colour , finish and make. all edges of the plywood panels shall be covered with 2mm thick pvc edge banding tape matching to the laminate colour complete of approved finish & make.(b)bed top base -the bed base shall be made of 19 mm thick bwp plywood confirming to is 710 duly covered with 1mm thick plain balancing laminate on both side as per approved colour and finish. all edges of the plywood panels shall be covered with 2mm thick pvc edge banding matching to the laminate colour complete as per approved finish . the bed base shall be suitably supported for strengthing by the ms powder coated tube, wherever required for which payment shall be made under relevant items.headboard: consist of 1 independent panels madeof 25 mm bwp ply (19+6) and duly covered with 1mm thick decorative laminate on exposed side and 1 mm balancing laminate on unexposed side and duly covered with suitable width 2mm thick edge banding matching laminate colour complete. the head board shall be fixed to the bed back side of bed and side drawers. headboard shall be provided with recess for electrical fittings/ switch boards and 6 mm groove in headboard as per architectural drawing and direction of engineer- in-charge for all heights and all leads complete. whole headboard shall be fixed in approved pattern in true line and level and no screw shall be visible. top and sides shall be properly capped with ply finished with laminates, if required. rate shall be inclusive of all material such as ply, laminates, edge banding tape, priming, labour, and necessary hardware complete.(bed shall be as per attached drawings) 2 bed side table :-with drawers as per indicative image/indicative sample providing, assembling, transporting & installation of side storage of 406 mm x 406 mm, h 450mmwith double drawer of full depth made of plywood finished with laminate .(a) storage box:-all panels such as top, bottom, sides, of storage box carcasss made up of 19 mm and back made up of 6 mm bwp ply confirming to is 710 duly covered with 1mm thick decorative laminate on exposed side and 1mm balancing lamination on unexposed side as per approved colour and finish. all edges of the plywood panels shall be covered with 2mm thick pvc edge banding tape matching to the laminate colour of approved finish & make complete. quality, color and pattern fabric as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.(study chair shall be as per attached drawings) 7 providing , assembling and and transportation at site 3 seater sofa set of length 1830 mm, width 900mm and height from floor level 900 mmwith cushioned seats and cushioned back rest of premium quality foam.the form at the seat and at the back is made of pu foam 28 kg per cum with top layer of of supersoft pu foam of density 32 kgper cum .the material of wood shall be sheasham or any other wood of superior quality as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. the sofa length 1220mm , width 750mm and height at the back from floor level 900 mm with cushioned seats and cushioned back rest of premium quality foam of grade 40 covered with approved quality, color, and pattern.the form at the seat and at the back is made of pu foam 28 kg per cum with top layer of of supersoft pu foam of density 32 kgper cumthe material of wood shall be sheasham or any other wood of drawings) 10 providing , assembling and and transportation at site 6-seater round dinning table of dia 1525 mm, 32 mm thickness with 10mm thick at top supporting 10 mm toughened glass over it.material of wood should be shesham or any other superior wood and walnut finish as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.the dinning tableshall be complete in itself and nothing shall be paid extra. 11 providing , assembling and and transportation at site dinning chair for 6 seater round dinning table , height of chair shall be900 mm from floor level at the back with seating of dimension 450mm x 450mm and height of sitting 450 mm with12 mm plywood at the seating. the seatingshall have supersoft pu foam of density 32 kgpercum.the chair shall be supported on 4 no round legs of dia 50 mm length. material of wood should be shesham or any other superior wood and walnut finish as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. the seating and backrest shall have supersoft pu foam of density 32 kg per cum.the dinning chair shall be complete in itself and nothing shall be paid extra.(dinning chair shall be as per attached drawings) 12 providing , assembling and and transportation at site visiter book table and chair , the dimensions of table shall be of length 1070 mm and width 600mm,thickness with height of 750 mm from floor level supporting on 4 legs , the dimension of chair shall be 450mm x 450 mm and 900mm height of sitting at the backwith cushion support on sitting. the seating shall have supersoft pu foam of density 32 kgpercum the material of wood should be shesham or any other superior wood and walnut finish as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.the table and chair shall be complete in itself and nothing shall be paid extra.
