tender for annual afloat repair works of wb jamanthy at iwt maradu terminal kochi during the year 2025-26.; 1 surface preparation of deck (required portion) and super structure including out fittings by chipping, scrapping, wire brushing, buffing etc properly such as onboard deck, anchor winch, air vent pipes,bollards, wheel house, top of galley, railings, hatches, wheel house doors, (rear side of vessel) & other fittings etc including labour and material cost 2 painting of entire deck (from water level to deck surface) and super structure including out fittings such as onboard deck, anchor winch, air vent pipes, hand pumps, bollards, wheel house, top of galley, railings, hatches, wheel house doors, engine room inside (total sides, top & ladder etc), stern gear compartment inside (rear side of vessel), toilet, bath room, canopy& other fittings etcwith 2 coat of epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy marine quality enamel of existing colour properly including labour and material cost. 3 fitting of new wooden paneling (plywood of 12 mm) along with glass wool insulation inaccommodation areaincluding labour and material charges. 4 servicing of both side main engine oil cooler including labour charges 5 cost of spare parts will be reimbursed on (actual+10%) basis 6 repairing of engine switch on & off switches fitted in wheelhouse in working conditioncharges including labour cost 7 cost of spare parts will be reimbursed on (actual+10%) basis 8 overhauling of anchor winch and anchor motorfitted on board vessel including strengthening of frames by renewal of damaged portion with new one, also greasing of rope including labour and material cost 9 cost of spare parts will be reimbursed on (actual+10%) basis 10 servicing of port & stbd side fuel gauge measuring system in engine room including labour and material charges 11 servicing the remote-control system including renewal of cable (gear not engaging properly)including labourl cost. 12 cost of spare parts will be reimbursed on (actual+10%) basis 13 re writing of vessel name, logo, registration no, port of registry etc on name plates fixed and also draft marking, draft line on both port and stbd sides as per the existing style including labour and material cost. 14 renewal of rubber beading of engine room & steeringroom hatches ( 2 nos), wheel house doors (2 nos) and make weather tight and chalk testing should be done for confirming no water leakage is their, the works includes labour and material charges 15 renewal of both side bilge pump pressure gauge, hosesand make good condition with new one including labour and material charges 16 cost of spare parts will be reimbursed on (actual+10%) basis 17 renewal of wheelhouse center glass & rubber beadingincluding labour and material charges 18 renewal of aux pump & gs pumpsilencer glass whool lagging. renewal at damaged area by cuttiing and rewelding inclduing labour and material charges.
