tender for engagement of agency for undertaking iec activities and management of social media platforms in respect of kashmir power distribution corporation limited- 1 deliverables 2 management of social media: post manangement, response management and social listeningsetting up of social media channels, defining social media policies and guidelines, increasing positive sentiment among consumers, regular updation and maintenance of social media pages with regard to various works and activities being undertaken by kpdcl, engaging with consumers and routing social media responses with customer care or sub divisions in order to manage complaints, issues and any crisis situation which may pose risk to kpdcl reputation or public at large, identifying and engaging influencers, social listening and providing kpdcl with reports on social media enagagement.social media channels include - facebook, x ( formerly twitter ), linkedin, youtube, instagram, quora etc or any other channel which may be launched during the agreement period. 3 content creation: developing social media content and creatives, defining social media content strategy, developing content as per themes and programmes initiated by kpdcl, ensuring approved content is shared to achieve high user engagement across social channels.the content may be inform of promotional gif/memes/posters/video/reels with voice 4 design of advertisement text & banners for print media/ billboards/flex boards/led advertising boards etc. ofdifferent sizes as approved by kpdcl for advertising and promotional events or campaigns.bidder shall quote only for design of such advertising and public campaign material. printing or development of such material along with hiring of spots shall be within the scope of kpdcl
