(deposit scheme through running contract)- 1 loading, carriage of following items from store centre, gauriganj/sultanpur to dump store including unloading and proper stacking (distance 0-70 km.) 2 pcc/stpole 3 11 kv x arm 4 acsr weasel conductor 5 xlpe cable (3x120 sqmm.) 6 xlpe cable (3x700 sqmm.) 7 25/63/100 kva transformer 8 250 kva transformer 9 pilfer proof metering cubical 10 11 kv pin insulator with pin 11 11 kv disc insulator with pin 12 t-off/top channel 13 cable jointing kit 3*70 sq.mm. 14 cable jointing kit 3*120 sq.mm. 15 f braket with nuts & bolts 16 stay set complete 17 earthing complete 18 dropper channle 19 s/s base angle 20 lt abc cable. 21 other line materials provided by contractor. 22 providing and fixing top/t-off clamp for stp 23 providing and fixing x-arm holding clamp 24 providing and fixing i hook 25 providing and fixing of suspention clamp 26 providing and fixing dead end clamp 27 providing and fixing of danger bord with clamp 28 dragging of stp/pcc pole from dump store to pit site. 29 digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement. fabrication & erection of single pole support on pcc/st pole support including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per respo norms .(other decentreliseditems will be provided by the contractor). 30 digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement.fabrication & erection of double pole support on p.c.c./st pole includingdigging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps (other decentrelised items will be provided by the contractor). as per respo norms. 31 grouting of stp/pcc pole in ratio 1:4:8 with cement stone ballast, coarse sand and plinthing 300 mm above ground level as well as muffing of plinth. 32 spreading, laying & stringing of acsr weasel conductor for construction of 11 kv line as per respo norms. 33 ordinary earthing by 11 kv ms earth rod 2500 mm long as per respo norm. 34 concreting & nuzzling of stay complete including fixing of necessary clamps with the help of nuts & bolts other accessorise required for completing the work as well as its grouting by civil material viz.sand, stone ballast and cement. the contractor will provide all civil material as well as stay insulator 35 guarding of line as per rspo norms. 36 spreading, laying & stringinging of ab cable. 37 installation of 25/63/100kva transformer on newly constructed d/p making proper connections from 11 kv system and proper testing as well as commissioning of transformer. 38 construction of plinth for 250 kva transformer of 2x2x1.2 mtr. with help of first class brick and masonry 1:4 cement & coarse sand. filling the structure completely as per norm with rcc to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with m.s. bar & m.s. for restling the transformer. 39 installation of 250 kva transformer on newly constructed plinth making proper connections from 11 kv system and proper testing as well as commissioning of transformer. 40 construction of 250 kva transformer fencing. 41 underground laying by hdd method of xlpe cable (3x120 sqmm.) as per respo norms. 42 underground laying by hdd method ofxlpe cable (3x700 sqmm.) as per respo norms. 43 installation and commissioing of pilfer proof metering cubical in metering room. 44 fixing & jointing of cable jointing kit. 45 painting of st pole (all painting material provided by contractor) 46 earthing of 11/0.4 kv t/f with sutable g.i. pipe and fixing sutable g.i. strip including all material requaired to complete the work. 47 note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 46 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
