tender for work for power transformer packing wiring etc; 1 opening of 33 kv s/s side and 11 kv side connections for replacement of burnt/overheated gasket and oil seals thereafter proper sealing alongwith making arrangement for jumphering on both side with suitable arrangement of busbar. 2 cleaning of bushings of t/fs by ctc for removal of dust & carbon alongwith replacement if needed; oiling, greasing & refitting of all connections to ensure gap free tight connection. 3 replacement of packing of radiators of t/fs to ensure treatment of leakage in radiators and painting of degraded raditor body to plug leakage and insureing longevity. 4 replacement of defective/unservicable winding temprature indicators alongwith proper ferreeling wiring to ensure, detection of any defect visually as well as maintenacne of marshalling box with lock arrangement. 5 replacement of defective/unserviceable oil temprature indicator alongwith proper wiring & ferreeling. 6 replacement of defective/unserviceable oil gauge meter of conservator tank to ensure proper valve function & flow function alongwith its tsting as per standards. 7 painting of all structure inside switchyard with 2 coat of white primer & earthing strip by 1 coat of green colour; name plate of each structure to be provided. 8 whitewashing of plinths of x-mer & structures base with proper material to make it as model substation & filling of open space with stone grit to make it a level. 9 cleaning of buchholz relay of t/fs for removing of dust, carbon & jammed particles alongwith putting indicators where required alongwith its testing to be arranged by agency. 10 opening of top plate of t/fs and replacement of overheated/ damaged packing sheet by 10 mm rubberised cork sheet. 11 opening of all connections of wti, oti and refixing the same after removing of carbon by sand paper and remove the overheated portion of control cable/wiring etc alongwith fixing tap changer problem and earthing alongwith its proper testing as per standards to be arranged by agency. 12 cleaning of full body of t/fs, plinth of t/fs with conservator tank,radiators to ensure any oil leakage any oil leakage in the t/f and oil guage meter, wti, oti perfect working in all respect.
