repair / replacement of various damaged components of electro-mechanical machinery installed at l.i.s langar- 1 repair / overhauling 93 mtrs. head, 0.70 cusec discharge, pump no 01 at l.i.s langer by way of dismantling of pump and motor from the base plate. dismantling the pump. replacement of gland sleeve, chuck nut, neck ring, locking, cotter, gland bracket, bearings etc. as per sample. rebuilding / reconditioning of impeller and impeller shaft by metalling with high class rod at all worn out portions and then machining turning, finishing to true size along with repairs reconditioning of key ways of impeller and impeller shaft, also necessary repairs to bearing housing and gland. p / f of gland cups in place of damaged as size & specifications, p / f of gland packing and sheet joints. job includes dismantling the 50 h.p motor by separating side covers, complete varnishing of motor and then heating the stator to achieve the exact ir value. p / f of new sleeves on the side covers with turning, making to bearing size and p / f of new bearings and then assembling the motor. providing & fitting of new star coupling of l-190 along with its bush. assembling the complete unit on the base plate & fitting the suction and delivery side pipe after p / f of nuts, bolts, washers & gasket in place of worn out / damaged after then testing the pump on load. job also includes providing and fitting of 3” dia sluice valve in place of damaged in the delivery pipe. it includes charges for testing, commissioning, disengaging and refitting, installation of pump. complete job. 2 providing & fitting of 4 inches dia. foot valve by way of extraction of suction pipe & cutting of approx3 feet length 4 inches dia. damaged pipe and welding the same length piece of pipe with one end having threads for installation of foot valve on it . again installing the suction pipe to the pump after p / f of nuts, bolts, washers & gasket in place of worn out / damaged. job includes the cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers for execution of job / handling the components with hire charges for deployment of tools and tackles at site etc. complete job. 3 to &fro shifting the damaged pump &motor manually from l.i.s. langer through head load to road side at a distance of approx. 0.5 km & then to work shop through mech. transportation & then from workshop to l.i.s langer.complete job.
