tender for sale, demolishing and removal of old f&s building near north gate; sale, dismantling, demolition and removal of the old fire station (near north gate).the works involves removal of asbetos roofing sheet, supporting purlins, structural steel, rcc beams & sunshades, floor tiles, ac false ceiling and its supports, masonry walls, steel door, wooden doors, wooden windows, ventilators and frames, partitions etc above exisitng foundation level including plumbing & sanitary fixtures, electrical conduits if any and levelling the site as directed by the engineer-in-charge.the demolition and disposal will be the part of the structure above ground level and all items i.e., re-usable and building waste shall be taken out by the contractor. (amount quoted is to be remitted to csl by the tenderer)
