tender for revamping the contract workers vehicle parking shed near sannidhi gate; 1 dismantling roofing sheetincluding ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,conveying and stacking the dismantled materials at the places pointed out by the engineer-in-charge. 2 dismantling damaged steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. conveying and stacking the dismantled materials at the places pointed out by the engineer-in-charge. 3 providing, supplying & installation of roofing sheet of 0.5mm thick gi colored trafford sheet pre-painted with zinc coating of 150gsm from reputed manufacturers(jindal, tata, jsw, oralium, hindalco) with an overlap of 150mm at ends & two corrugation /manufacturers directions at sides fixing with self tapping screws through out the purlin, at the overlapping & at the intermediate crust with sealing washers, including cost & conveyance of all materials labour etc. 4 supplying, fabricating and erectingof mild steel tubular (round, square and rectangular hollow tubes) of any size and weight by straightening, cutting and welding using as perinstructions, erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including applying one coat of zinc chromate primer & two coats synthetic enamel paint, hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, wastage, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the engineer-in- charge. 5 painting on existing structural members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved premium quality and colour after rubbing and cleaning the surface using wire brush, sand paper etc. wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials labour,scaffolding other incidentals etc. complete. 6 fabrication of structural steel works using departmental steel by straightening,cutting & welding using all types of steel sections plates,flats, angles, of any size and weight as per approved drawing or as instructed,erecting in positionto line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including painting with one coat of zinc chromate primer ,hire charges for tools and plants,cost of electrodes,other incidentalsetc. complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
