supply polycarbonate plastic seal , seals should be made of high quality of uv stabilized polycarbonate plastic materials ( engineering plastic ) , which shall give complete visualization of its fixing mechanism and shall show clear indication if tampered and it should not be effected by boiling water etc- the seal must be able to withstand harsh environment indirect sunlight exposure. the seal will be tamper evident with double locking system with additional third locking system facility, which works when the double anchor system is put in place with the female part of the seal. the seal should be transparent clear. the seal should be of one- piece polycarbonate body consisting of capsule and double locking anchor having stainless steel twisted wire ( two stained ) of 2o cm long molded itself in the temper proof seal male part. the wire should be non corrosive and non magnetic made of 3o4 grades. sequential serial nos of one alpha and six numeric numbers to be provided on the female part. the seal should have high rise molded logo be embossed of purchaser and companys name one each side of the seal. the provision for tamperproof sticker signature in the field of13.5mm x 21.5mm should be given, as and when the purchaser requires the need for the same for its proper utilization. the sealing arrangement should be such that its original position cannot be restored after any effort of tamper or breaking of the seals. the third lock as said should work as deterrent for opening the main male & female part of the seal. packaging: the seal should be supplied in packet of 100 seals. each packet shall be labeled for following information. , logo details serial numberrange quantity. et&cc, meerut2400001-2413850 13850 the seal should have following essential features. a. tamper resistance b. heat resistance c. environmentally safe d. should withstand direct sun light & rain water exposure e. tamper evident: material must show clear sign of tampering when material is compromised by penetration, drilling cutting, bending or pulling etc f. one end of the wire should be loose and other end of wire should be permanently fixed on the upper part of female body passing thru the male part of seal g. ultra violet ray resistant h. must have third lock to secure male & female part from tampering. the sealing mechanism should be such that it can be sealed without using any pliers or tools. the sealing procedure must he fool proof and there should not any scope of pre tampering / malpractice with sealing wire while sealing. construction: one piece construction comprising of polycarbonate capsule & anchor and integrally connected pin part lock & non corrosive & non magnetic 2 strand twisted stainless steel sealing wire, all these features molded into one piece { called seal } capsule: contains and internal locking mechanism which accepts the anchor and permanently secure the sealing wire. anchor: the locking cap shall have double anchors, which secures the loose end of the sealing wire into the capsule locking mechanism. pin lock: lt is molded in the seal at time of manufacturing of the said seal and passes through female part and locks the male part and secures the seal at the operational level.
