remaining work of transformer capacity increasing, vcb installation and line related work in the area of electricity distribution division- iind ( amethi ) , distt. amethi under system augmentation / strengthening work in different district.- 1 loading, carriage of following items from store centre, gauriganj / sultanpur to site store ( distance 0-70 km. ) 2 vcb incoming 3 vcb outgoing 4 cable jointing kit 3x185sq.mm. 5 cable jointing kit i / d 3x300 sq.mm. 6 11 kv xlpe cable ( 3x185 sqmm. ) 7 11 kv xlpe cable ( 3x300 sqmm. ) 8 xlpe pvc lt cable ( 1x400 sqmm. ) ( 1x240 sqmm. ) 9 stay set complete 10 earthing complete 11 250 kva transformer 12 concreting & nuzzling of stay complete including fixing of necessary clamps with the help of nuts & bolts other accessorise required for completing the work as well as its grouting by civil material viz.sand, stone ballast and cement. the contractor will provide all civil material as well as stay insulator 13 underground laying of 11 kvxlpe cable of size 3x185 sqmm. as per respo norms. 14 underground laying of 11 kvxlpe cable of size 3x300 sqmm. as per respo norms. 15 spreading, laying of l.t. cable ( 1x400 sqmm. ) ( 1x240 sqmm. ) 16 construction of plinth for 250 kva transformer of 2x2x1.2 mtr. with help of first class brick and masonry 1:4 cement & coarse sand. filling the structure completely as per norm with rcc to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with m.s. bar & m.s. for restling the transformer. 17 installation of 250 kva transformer on newly constructed plinth making proper connections from 11 kv system and proper testing as well as commissioning of transformer. 18 construction of fencing for newely constructed transformer plinth as per resspo norms. 19 earthing of 11 / 0.4 kv t / f with sutable g.i. pipe and fixing sutable g.i. strip including all material requaired to complete the work. 20 fixing & installation of 11 kv jointing kit indoor / outdoor. as per resspo norms. 21 installation and charging of incoming / outgoing vcb as per resspo norms. 22 vcb incoming 23 vcb outgoing 24 dismantling / loading / unloading, carriage of old transformer from site store to store centergauriganj / sultanpur to dump store. ( distance 0 to 70 km. ) 25 100 kva 26 handover of received materials to store center gauriganj. 27 note: if any work which has been left over in boq and is necessary to complete the work, the same will be carried outby working agency free of cost.
