daily electrical maintenance and fan repairing in transmission wing colony, kanpur- 1 regular electrical maintenance in residences of officers / jes / staffs of transmission wing on job basis i.e full day job . job includes attendingall types of day to day electrical faults and replacement of spares / mountings i.e. switch, socket etc ( to be provided by the contractor as per below ) under supervision of je incharge, including cost of deputing skilled electrician , labour and t & p. 2 three pin socket 5a 250 v isi mark havells / orient or equivalent make. 3 piano type tumbler switch 5a 250 v isi mark havells / orient or equivalent make. 4 three pin socket 15 amp. 250 volt standard make with isi mark. 5 piano type tumbler switch 15 amp. 250 volt standard make with isi mark 6 pin type button holder. 7 wooden switch board with sumica top of following size. 8 a. 10 x 8 9 b. 8 x 6 10 c. 7 x 4 11 different size ( dimension : 290 mm x 160 mmx 10 mm ) of white colour plastic modular switch board of havells / anchor / schneider / any standard make. 12 wiring with following size copper pvc insulated and pvc sheeted single core as per original wire including fixing of gulley & removal of damaged wiring etc. and all other associated work to execute the job. with pvc capping of diffrent sizes as per previous wiring 13 1.5 sqmm 14 2.5 sqmm 15 rewinding & reinsulation of burnt ceiling fan with suitable size super enamelled copper wire, including servicing & overhauling and replacement of damaged / defective moving parts of fan motor. job also includes dismentaling of fan from ceiling at various residences of transmission wing colony and remounting on same place after repair. ( ladder and other tools need to arrange by contractor itself ) 16 replacement of defective / damaged condenser of ceiling fan with new condenser of same of same rating 17 providing and fitting of new static speed regulator in place of damaged speed regulator suitable for ceiling fan.
