tender for miscellaneous works at different 220 kv / 132 kv s / s under etd-iii, agra. 1 miscelleneous works at different 220 kv/132 kv s/s under etd-iii, agra 2 covering of nifs tank with ms sheet after fixing the ms angle by sheet of 5x5ft size andproper fixing by grouting and welding so that no leakage should be in between the joints and no moisture should be come iside the tank.ms sheet and ms angle will be provided by the contractor himself 3 shifting of 250 kva station transformer at 220 kv s/s bah upto its plinth and connecting of power cable after puncing lugs properly including providing and connecting of fuse to comlete the job satisfactorily. 4 overhauling with complete rewinding & serviceing of burnt fan motor of transformer fanheavy duty cooling fan (3 phase, 415 v, 50 hz, 372watt,700rpm ,610mm sweep. . the scope work includes safe disconnection of electrical wirings of fan, removing case guard of cooling fan, removing fan motor from transformer/reactor radiator, cutting out burnt coils, cleaning carbon deposited on satator core thereafter complete rewinding with f class insulated fresh super enameled copper wire of standard gauge & drying out propoerly after varnishing. this job also includes cleaning oiling/greasing/lubrication of bearings, replacement of defectinve bearing/bushes if required.,replacement of worn-out contacts if required, proper alignment of rotor shaft & fan wheel, proper sealing, changing of connection leads etc. the work also inlcudes refitting/reinstallation back on radiator structure checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stopping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise, all men, material, consumables, t&p, shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 5 shifting of oil filled main tank of 40 mva 132/33 kv t/f and radiators to the designated place (upto 20 meters) as required along with shifting all associated accessories with the help of sleepers, rails and jacks to be arranged by contractor at his own cost. 6 providing & fixing and hoisting of instruction board of size 4x3 sq.feet made of wooden board with side bidding & with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room. the face to fully coverd with 3 m veniyl sheeting of red colour. the letters shall be computer cut and in white colour as per specification. 7 providing, fixing and grouting of retro reflective warning board / no entry board/ precaution board of 3x2.5 feet size made of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet board is to be supplied along with the back support frame of size 50x50x6 mm and two legs ms angle for grouting painted black. back side of aluminium sheet be painted with stove enamel paint at following on the bay of 220 kv s/s shamshabad road, 132 kv s/s kheragarh/ shamshabad.
