tender for various work of 132kv bays at 132 kv sub-station jagdishpur (amethi) under electy. trans. division, sultanpur, 1 safe loading of 145kv ctfrom 220kv s/s amethi and its unloading at 132kv s/s jagdishpur-amethi with help of hydra/crane, labour and t&ps to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2 carriage of 145 kv ctfrom 220 kv s/samethi to 132 kv s/s jagdishpur-amethi including cost of truck/trailer, labour and t&ps to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 3 dismantling of old, 1 accuracy class, 145 kv c.t. from structure, including opening of control cable, jumper & earthing of 132kv amethi & 132kv indoramabay and its shifting from switchyard to substation store with help of hydra/crane including all men, materials and t&ps provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work. 4 shifting of new 145kv ct from substation store to switchyard up to erection place with help of hydra/crane and its erection in place of old one, jumpering of all phase cts & control cable termination from ct to ct junction box. the work also includes modification of structure if needed for placement of new cts on structure. all men, materials, hydra/crane and t&ps will be provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work. 5 earthing by providing, cutting, straightening & laying 500mm below inside ground & above ground of following sizes for diagonal/double earthing of equipments including welding with main earth mat and with the object to be earthed including excavation & its back filling etc. as per details below: 6 earthing of 145kv cts, junction boxes etc with 50x6 mm size m.s. flat 7 earthing by cutting, straightening & laying 500 mm below inside ground & above ground of following sizes m.s. round bar, provided by the department for diagonal / double/ re-strenthening of earthing of theaux. structures & equipments including welding with main earth mat and with the object to be earthed including excavation of trenches & its back filling etc. as per details below : 8 40mm dia ms round bar for earth-mat 9 earthing electrode of 40mm dia of 03 meter length 10 painting of m.s. earthing strips by rubbing with sand paper & wire brush, then painting with one coat of red oxide primer of good quality & two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of asian/berger/nerolac make in bus green color (the 2nd coat of paint shall be applied at the gap of 48hrs when 1st coat of piant is done & checked by concerned j.e./s.d.o.) as per details below: 11 50x6 mm 12 opening of cable trenches for removing of old and damaged4/6c x 2.5 sq.mm cu. control cable from ct junction box in switchyard to c&r panel in control room of respective 132kv bays/132kv main bus. the work includes opening of cable from both end by taking out its ferruling from cable and its rolling and placing in store. all men, materials and t&ps will be provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work. 13 4c x 2.5 sq mm 14 6c x 2.5 sq mm 15 laying of 4/6core x 2.5 sq mm copper control cables in cable trenches from control panels in control room to 132kv ct in switchyard as per cable schedule including shifting of cables in drums from storage place at the sub station to erection site and shifting back the balance cables to stores at the sub station. 16 4c x 2.5 sq mm 17 6c x 2.5 sq mm 18 termination including cost of cable glands, ferruling & proper dressing of 4/6core x 2.5 sq mm copper control cables in c&r panels , ct/pt junction boxes etc.
