various types of repairing work in air pollution control system at shivaji park phase i and phase ii cemetery.- 1 shivaji park phase 1: monoblock pumpsets:2 h. p. single / three phase motor, with head of (15- 26 mtr.) giving discharge of (4.4 – 1.5 lps) (50 x40mm ).pump body: cast iron, impeller: cast iron, shaft ss410 2 shivaji park phase 1: fabrication & supply of ms tank for water scrubber sump tank having size as per existing at apc:: rubber coating (lining) on the entire inside portion with 5 mm thick rubber lining; complete painting of sump tank from the outside with one coat of anti-corrosive red ox- ide and two-coat of enamel paint. sump tank will be connected directly to the pump. incoming fresh water line connec- tion will be separate. water from scrub- ber will enter from top of the sump- tank. tank will have drain valve to drain water once in a month. sump tank is to be painted from the out- side with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide and two-coat of enamel paint 3 shivaji park phase 1: removal of old corroded sump tank from existing foundation and installation of new sump tank on existing foundation with required plumbing hardware. 4 shivaji park phase 1 & phase ii: fabrication and installation of ms plstform for scrubber. the structure shall consists of ms ladder and a ms platform at approximately 2mt height. the ladder and platform structure shallbe made up of 75mm ismc and 50mm isa. the platform shall have 4mm chequred plat and will be secured by 1 pipe railing. the platform shall have sufficient space to stand 2 persons on it. the entire structure shall be painted with epoxy primer and finished with black enamel paint. the structure support ismc beams shall be erected on rcc foundation and secured with high tensile nut bolsts. 5 shivaji park phase 2: work of supply and installation of hood above the pyre made out of 2 mm thick s.s 410 sheet with necessary m.s. supporting angles / channels and providing connection to main duct as perspecifications. 6 shivaji park phase 2:supply and installation of mobile heat resistance ash curtains shall be made out of heat resistance material. the same shall be fixed with ms fabricated frame 25mm x 25mm square pipe duly painted with heat resistance paint and provided with propersize caster/wheels for easy movement. the size of curtains shall be approximately 4m x 1.5m. 7 shivaji park phase 2 isolation: work of supply and installation of damper assembly of 600 mm dia made out of 3 mm thick having 6 mm thick rotating flap inside. the damper shall be provided with s.s chain for smooth operation of damper flap. 8 shivaji park phase ii panel repair: it will be repaird by changing lugs, replacing hardend wires and replacing non working contactors, indicators etc. the panels will be throughly cleaned, working components will be spray cleaned with lubricant. the panel paint will be finished with one coat of enamel paint.
