tender for 50k routines of whrb; 1 make -baltisky zavod russiamodel- kyp 600 p-1quantity- onedocument details - technical description and instruction manual no. kyp600p-00-6i.00i to (papka 2.4.8)maintop reference- 42015 carry out 50000 hrly routine. undertake following 2 whrb: check and adjust boiler feet, check bolt tightness and clearances between washers and movable feet. record clearances 3 spark arrestor: renew spark arrestors wire meshes and diversion plates of main engine exhaust collector view excessive corrosion 4 joints: renew joint at interface of main engine exhaust collector and waste heat recovery boiler. 5 trials: prove leak test of full waste heat recovery boiler./ main engine exhaust system during sea trials. rectify leak observed during sea trials. 6 doors: waste heat recovery boiler doors perished. to be renewed including joints and lagging pillows as per sample. sample will be provided by ships staff. 7 doors: whrb door securing bolts to be renewed.m-18 material - ss 8 cladding cover: whrbmanhole door cladding covers holes to be re-drilled and to be secured with new bolts, size m 20 9 whrb tubes: change leaking tube as recommended by naval trial agency central boiler inspection unit. total no of tubes-120 tubes. renew all tubes as recommended by cbiu/oem. material : high carbon steel. however, payment will be made at actuals.
