e-tender no. 59 / ewc-mrt / 2021-22 supply of l.t leg coil winding machine suitable for 10 kva to 100 kva transformer and as per specification ii supply of l t coil winding suitable for 160 kva to 1000 kva transformer and as per specification , l.t leg coil winding machine as per following speciufication ( 10 kva to 100 kva transformers ) :- ( i ) electric motor 3 phase 3 hp 1440 rpm crompton make along with starter and main switch of isi brand. ( ii ) pulley transmission with reduction gear assembly with reduction ratio of 1:4 with 2 nos. pulleys of size 4 inches and 5 inches sizes fitted diagonally opposite. ( iii ) adjustable tension arrangement for movement of 08 bobbins simultaneously. provision for lateral movement multileveled to be incorporated. the supporting structure frame of the winding wire should be of adequate mechanical strength to with stand of tension ofwire . ( iv ) spindle arrangement should be such that fixing and removal of bobbins does not take any time. ( v ) the essential accessories like turn counter foot switch for controlling the motor and any other relevant accessories to complete the machine will also be provided by the contractor. the erection and commissioning of machine will be done by the contractors at different elect. workshop under ewc, meerut. as per direction of ee, workshop. , l.t winding machine should be capable of making lt coils of transformers ranging friom 160 kva fti 1000 kva and having following specifications.:- ( i ) vibration proof construction fitted as a fabricated base from ( ii ) mechanical brake and clutch system operated by mechanical foot paddle complete with 3 hp 3 phase motor ( compton greaves make ) 1440 rpm reversing switch ( good quality ) to it centre adjustable v- pully drive. ( iii ) machine should have 3 different speeds between 20 to 60 rpm ( iv ) maximum coil dia meter : 1100 mm ( v ) maximum distance between centre : 1300mm ( vi ) load capacity : 400 kg the erection and commissioning of machine will be done by the contractors at different elect. workshop under ewc, meerut. as per direction of ee, workshop.
