annual repair and maintenance of various electrical installations and mechanical equipments at ncc bhawan, sector -19, rohini, delhi. dg. 2021-22 ( sh comprehensive maintenance of coral make ip- pbx system ) - 1 comprehensive maintenance of ip-pbx having 8 p&t lines , 8 digital lines , 60 analog lines , 16 ip extension lines with all standard facilites i / c replacement of spare parts to be changed as when required. a ) 1st year 2 comprehensive maintenance of 6 nos master console phone i / c replacement of spare parts to be changed as when required and as per additional terms and conditions attached. a ) 1st year 3 comprehensive maintenance of 45 nos push button phone i / c replacement of spare parts to be changed as when required and as per additional terms and conditions attached. a ) 1st year 4 expansion of existing coral make ip pbx system i / c providing & fixing of following card with all standard facility &builtin battery backup circuit ( w / o battery ) etc.as reqd. a ) 8 line subscriber ip line card 5 sitc of hot line lift car set hands free operation with high gain amplifier ( hotline ) enclosed in ms box with powder coated having size 49 ( d with tapper ) mm x 198 ( l ) mm x 139 ( w ) mm which inturn is enclosed in s.s steel box having size 54 ( d with tapper ) mm x 215 ( l ) mm x 150 ( w ) mm along with locking arrangement & l.n. key locking. the sets are to be connected with existing epabx i / c testing of intercom lines of each lift & machine room from existing epabx system to lifts & machine rooms & then putting the whole system of lift intercom in to operation mode etc. as reqd. 6 supply & fixing of heavy-duty patch cord with both side multi pin connectors for connectivity between existing card to existing mother board of epabx system etc. 7 providing & fixing of 20 pair m.s krone tag box in 18 swg sheet having size 6 ( l ) x 8.8 ( h ) x 3.1 ( d ) duly powder coated on both sides with locking arrangement and should have three openable slots on one side & one openable slots on two sides of the box for cable entry. the box is to be provided with suitable pair s.s frame along with modules etc 8 supplying & fixing of 5 pair armoured jelly filled telephone cable of dia 0.5mm on surface of wall / in existing trey / in existing channel / conduit. 9 supply / fixing of 3 core copper flexible cable of size 40 x 76 with existing trailing cable etc. as reqd.
