inclusive of the same . note 4 :- the contractor shall follow the epf & mp act and other existing stautory laws in force . the contractor shall be responsible for arranging alternate arrangement of manpower during the holidays/leave . note 5:- the amount quoted towards epf , esic and bonus is payable to contractor only after submission of valid authentic document ( proof of payment ) in support of having paid the requisite amount to workmen .
