tender for testing of 33 & 11 kv equipments installed at 33/11 kv sub stations in the area of barabanki division under ee,electy. test division, bbk sl. no. item description 1 testing of 33 kv feeder panels, power transformar control panel,33 kv breakers including testing of ct circuit both by primary injection. work includes clearing and adjustment of relay contacts & springs, checking of closing and tripping of breakers on remote/manual. checking of protection trip command through ct(by pi) also checking and retrofitting control panels, burnt wires to make tripping mechanism healthy. 2 testing of 11 kv incoming/outgoing panels (vcb breakers) including testing ofctcircuit both by primary injection,testing of relays, work includes clearing and adjustment of relay and its contacts/ springs. checking operations and tripping of vcb on remote/manual and protection trip command generated through primary injection, also complete burnt wiring of control pannel where required as per site conditions and remove mechanical short comings which required at the time of testing with material 3 testing of 33/11 kv 5/10 mva power transformers installed at various substation’s under etd, barabanki. including all related tests as – (a) no load/ratio test, (b) short circuit test,(c) magnetization current test, magnetic balance test. (d) insulation test.(e) earth resistivity test. (f) bucholz, oti/wti circuit test etc including wiring where required as per site condition. 4 providing tripping/closing coil for 33 kv & 11 kv breakers and it’s installation for healthy tripping system. 5 a) providing 33 kv/11 kv relay contacts, springs etc and their fittings/includinginstallation of relays. 6 providing 03 phase dg set on vehicle for availability of 03 phase supply for testing of 33/11 kv sub stations. vehicle with dg set having operator will be made available for 12 hrs. in each job.
