tender for fabrication, erection, fixing & commissioning of regulator 14 no gate at drain of size 9.00 mtr x 4.50 mtr including side grooves, bottom sill beam with columns etc complete as per drawing and as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge (annexure-a) , fabrication, erection and commissioning of wheel assembly of size 300 mm dia. x 75 mm wide complete in respect as per existing design, drawing, specification and directions of engineer-in-charge , supplying & fixing of the rubber seal dia 44 x 100 mm of 14 mm thick with m.s clamp plate 50mm x 10mm with galvanized nut/bolt/washer 12mm x 10mm and bottom wedge seal with clamp plates & galvanized nut/bolt etc. complete in all respect as required at site (size = 4.50 m + 4.50m+9m at both sides & bottom of m.s gate etc.) , fabrication, erection, fixing & commissioning of manually operated hoisting arrangement for gates with steel ropes and drum complete greasing of regulator in all respect as per drawing, specification and direction of engineer-in-charge , reparing of hoist bridge, column base plate having size 500x600mm including angles ms sheets complete etc as per direction of engineer -in-charge , providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 4.1.3 , scrapping, cleaning and painting of complete m.s. gate,column,top plateform,horizontal/vertical pillars,iron ladders etc.complete as required with ca 50 black epoxy paint etc. complete in all respect as required at both side on regulators site and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.regulator gate having size of 9.00 m x 4.50 m
